Process West - Raptor Stage 2 Intercooler

The Process West Stage 2 Intercooler is the largest intercooler available for the Next Gen Ranger Raptor, purpose-built for owners who need more cooling capacity than the Stage 1 factory replacement can provide.

Largest core on the market.

At 510 x 550 x 70mm, this is the biggest intercooler core available for the Next Gen Raptor. The increased core size delivers greater cooling surface area, lower intake air temperatures, and more consistent power delivery under hard use, whether that is towing, off-road driving, or sustained high-performance conditions.

Minor trim required.

A small trim to the factory plastic is required for fitment. This is a straightforward process and does not affect the structural integrity or appearance of the vehicle.

Compatible with factory and aftermarket piping.

The Stage 2 intercooler works directly with the factory intercooler piping. For those looking to maximise the system further, the Process West Intercooler Hard Piping Kit is available separately in black or red (PWRRIC02B-pipe / PWRRIC02R-pipe).
