This website is operated by MOUSTAS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MOUSTAS.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, installing, or using any MOUSTAS product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Warranty, Liability, Refund, Return, and Privacy policies.
Products and Services
MOUSTAS supplies automotive accessories and related products, including products for selected Ford Ranger, Everest, and Raptor models.
We make every effort to display product information, images, specifications, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, product images, colours, finishes, lighting output, fitment details, and specifications may vary due to screen settings, production batches, product updates, and manufacturing tolerances.
MOUSTAS reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or replace products at any time without prior notice.
Product Fitment and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased is suitable for their vehicle, intended use, and installation requirements.
Where fitment information is provided, it is intended as a guide only. If unsure, customers should contact MOUSTAS before purchasing or seek professional advice.
MOUSTAS is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect product selection, incorrect vehicle compatibility, improper installation, vehicle modifications, or third-party components.
Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, promotions, and shipping costs at any time.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. MOUSTAS reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order where necessary, including where there has been a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or incorrect product information.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, courier delays, customs processes, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
MOUSTAS is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched with a courier or delivery provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses, redelivery, returned parcels, or failed delivery attempts.
Installation
Some MOUSTAS products may require professional installation, wiring, programming, configuration, or vehicle-specific knowledge.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and safely. Professional installation is recommended where required.
MOUSTAS is not responsible for damage, faults, malfunction, or safety issues resulting from incorrect installation, wiring, programming, configuration, modification, or installation contrary to MOUSTAS instructions.
Professional installation services may be available through the MOUSTAS Sydney workshop.
Warranty
Selected MOUSTAS products are covered by a twelve (12) month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, MOUSTAS may, at its sole discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with the same or equivalent product.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase, order number, description of the fault, and photos or videos showing the issue. MOUSTAS may request the product be returned for inspection before approving a claim. The current MOUSTAS Warranty & Liability page also states that warranty replacements are supplied on a product-only basis and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, replacements, or repairs may be provided where required by law, including where a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees.
MOUSTAS does not provide refunds, credits, or compensation for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, product updates, or damage caused by vehicle faults, harsh chemicals, high-pressure cleaning, or unauthorised modification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOUSTAS’ responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, or another remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
MOUSTAS is not responsible for labour costs, installation costs, removal or refitting costs, freight, customs duties, taxes, vehicle downtime, loss of income, loss of use, towing, accommodation, travel, recovery expenses, third-party product damage, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from use or failure of a product. These exclusions are consistent with the limitation of liability wording on the current Warranty & Liability page. (Moustas)
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and may be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product names, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MOUSTAS unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any website content without written permission from MOUSTAS.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s security, functionality, payment systems, product listings, or customer data.
